Any changes in club opening, closing, etc. due to inclement weather will be posted on our website here under “Club News” . Please check our website for our status before calling or coming to the club if you think weather may be an issue. Just because we don’t answer the phone doesn’t mean we’re closed; we may be on court or out shoveling : ).
Note: we do not follow school closings; even if schools are closed or are closing, we are probably open!
Missed Clinic Policy
Our general policy is that there are no make ups for missed clinics. However, we understand busy lives, kids get sick, etc. and will make exceptions in limited situations. Please understand that most of our clinics this session are filled so unless we know in advance that a registrant is not attending, we cannot allow make ups in those clinics. As a courtesy to us and to others in the class, we will allow makeups only under these three conditions:
1. You notify us 24 HOURS in advance by email that your child will not be attending the clinic. We need that much time to notify other students that there is an opening in the clinic. If you do not notify us 24 hours advance, no make ups for that missed clinic will be allowed. Even if you cannot give us 24 hours notice, we still would appreciate notice if your child will not be attending so the instructor knows how many to expect in his/her class.
2. There is room in another session of the missed clinic or similar clinic.
3. The make up is done in the current session; make ups do not carry over into the next session.
