Wednesday, February 4th – 18 & Over and 65 & Over Adults

Thursday, February 5th – 40 & Over and 55 & Over Adults 

Both Meetings will be held at Lancaster Tennis & Yacht Club, 2615 Columbia Ave. Lancaster, PA

 

Registration – 6:00 – 6:30, Meetings begins at 6:30 PM

 

If you cannot attend meeting for your league – please attend the other date

If you are captaining teams in multiple leagues – you can attend either meeting and pick up all packets at that meeting

 

Please fill out Team Registration Form and return to Jay Witmer jaywitmer10s@yahoo.com prior to Captain’s Meeting –

 

If it is easier – Just send return e-mail to Jay with the following information:

 

Which League (18+, 40+, 55+. or 65+)

Which Level (2.5 – 5.0 for 18+ and 40+) and (6.0 through 9.0 for 55+ & 65+) &  Men or Women

Club Name or Home match site

Captain Name – E-mail – Cell Phone Or Home Phone

Co- Captain(if you have one) –  Name – E-mail – Cell Phone Or Home Phone

Day and Time of Home Matches

Any dates that your team cannot play a match

IMPORTANT:  Please note any scheduling conflicts with other teams that are sharing players prior to schedule preparation or you will be responsible for any reschedules.

 If you are not captaining a team this year, please forward this to the new captain and copy Jay.  

In addition a new requirement for the CPD League Program:  Each team must have a minimum number of players (6 for three court matches and 8 for 5 court matches) registered by a required date or they will not be included in the schedule.  That date will be provided at the captain’s meeting.

***In addition if you are planning on having dinner before or after the meeting, let Jay know so he can make reservation for you.
