Club Update 6/11/2020

Hello valued members, contract leaders, and clinic participants,

WSTC is now offering limited activities such as court rental, one-on-one coaching, Spring Make Up clinics and Spring Contract make up time. 

* Please email wstctennis@comcast.net to reserve court or courts; that is by far the best way to  communicate with WSTC. No calls or texts  please.   Reservations will be confirmed by email

*No more than 4 players per court max.

*Please bring your own towels and beverages.

*Enter through the side court doors and exit through side court doors (the doors on court 3 that you can access from the parking lot).

*There are big fans on each end court so if that bothers you please request middle court.

*Only go in lobby and bathrooms if necessary. Bring mask for those times and  uses.

* There are hand sanitizer between courts

Clinic Makeup Policy

ONE (and only ONE) makeup per session will be allowed if:
1. You notify us 24 HOURS in advance by email of absence.
2. There is room in another session of the missed clinic or similar clinic.
3. The make up is done in the current session.
Sorry, NO exceptions!

Inclement Weather Policy

Any changes in club opening, closing, etc. due to inclement weather will be posted on our website here under “Club News” . Please check our website for our status before calling or coming to the club if you think weather may be an issue. Just because we don’t answer the phone doesn’t mean we’re closed; we may be on court or out shoveling : ).

Note: we do not follow school closings; even if schools are closed or are closing, we are probably open!
