Captain’s Meeting for Summer Leagues(18+, 40+, 55+, 65+ Adults)
Tuesday, February 7th at Lancaster Tennis & Yacht Club, 2615 Columbia Ave. Lancaster, PA

Registration – 6:00 – 6:30, Meeting begins approximately 6:30 PM

There will be an Informational Session after the captain’s meeting regarding NTRP Ratings – What they are and how they are derived.  This will be similar to the Webinar held in January for anyone interested.

Which League (18+, 40+, 55+. or 65+)
Which Level (2.5 – 5.0 for 18+ and 40+) and (6.0 through 9.0 for 55+ & 65+) &  Men or Women
Club Name or Home match site
Captain Name – E-mail – Cell Phone Or Home Phone
Co- Captain(if you have one) –  Name – E-mail – Cell Phone Or Home Phone
Day and Time of Home Matches
Any dates that your team cannot play a match
